Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@forherco.com.au.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of any damage or incorrect items received

We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect addresses supplied at checkout
• Delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched
